I sincerely hope that the report will be useful. Third appointment will be needed because they didn't organise to see the other side of the property. First appointment was missed because they wanted to change the price. Professionalism : Not got the report yet. Value for money : Brought in the work with a reasonable quote and then doubled it! I asked for that but the administrator did not organise it and now I have to wait longer for a second appointment. This side has gutters and downpipes that I want inspected. In addition the company did not make an attempt to get to the other side of the property though details for obtaining access were given. Listing and age are not at the same thing so I am at a loss as to why this increase was necessary. Then a suggestion that old buildings need more attention. Suggestion that listing means greater work.
